Open Question: What is the difference between mold and mildew?I have a pipe covered in black moldy stuff, it extends beneath my floor where I can't reach to clean. Tearing out my floor because of a bit of mildew seems riduculous. However, if it is black mold, as in BLACK MOLD, I sure as hell don't want that stuff growing down there. I've already tried using a Tide stain pen, Shout, and baking soda. I have washed the jeans at least 10 times since I got the stain, but the spot hasn't budged. Is there any other way (besides bleach) that may get the stain out?
