Open Question: BUGS! Varied Carpet Beetle problem! Please help!?

I live in a home and recently I have noticed many varied carpet beetles in the bathroom and my bedroom. The carpet in my bedroom is fairly new so I don't think they are living under it and the bathroom is downstairs under my bedroom. I have a feeling they are coming from the crawlspace but I would like to know of any SAFE and CHEMICAL FREE ways to get rid of these darn things. I am really not into exterminators so if anyone can offer me any homemade sprays that would be awesome! Thank you!

Open Question: How do I get mildew out of cothing?

Today I went to the garage to clean it out because my son and his friend decided to have a charcoal and dirt fight. Well I found some boxes with baby clothes in it that I would like to use since my daughter is 9 months. I found tops off of boxes and pulled out some clothing, the smell was strong and there were black stains all over my clothing that had been washed before I packed boxes and moved. I really want to get these things clean but don't know how to get the mildew out. I need some help and something that def works. Thanks!

Open Question: To any washing machine installers/plumbers - I need help with a front loader washing machine!?

How easy is it to install a front loader washing machine and can it be placed on top of a sold chest of drawers. I know I will find it too low and it will be hard on my back with all the bending but I really wanted to save on water consumption. It is a Whilpool 7.5kg Thanks

Open Question: polishing wooden floors?

after vacuuming and moping my floor, i realized (i rarely can see the floor, but i cleaned today) that the wood looks dull and extremely dry. is there anyway to bring out their once held sparkle - more on the organic side / what i might have under my sink? please advise. :] ps, they're polyurethane treated (twelve years ago and i think its dying).
