I tried to return one of them on Saturday and was told that I couldn't return an item that had already been returned and replaced. On the first occasion, the shop assistant said that she'd experienced colour loss on the same item which made me wonder whether to get my money back but unfortunately I didn't. When I phoned their customer services they said that it would have only done that if it had been washed at temperatures higher than 40 degrees but I always wash at 30 and use Persil Colour Care. Also, none of my other kids' uniforms have done this so the problem can't be with my washing machine. After a lot of haggling, they agreed to send it off for analysis which I'm going to do but I'm wondering whether the shrinkage occurred with the tumble drying which they recommend on the label. They denied that there's a manufacturing fault! The coat looks like made from woven fabric. Any idea on how to do so, and where to get the dyes in Australia? I heard that I have to use two dyes, for polyester and cotton.
