Open Question: Lowes- $898 buys both washer/dryer deal...Why so cheap?I recived a circular in the mail from Lowe's and it advertises a frigidaire Affinity washer and dryer for $898 for the SET. I'm thinking "how is this not too good to be true and is there a catch?" Do these work properly, have poor reviews, or are just being replaced by newer models? They are both front loading (washer- LTF2140FS, Electric Dryer- LEQ1452KS) but don't look like anything fancy. I'm just trying to figure out why they are so cheap. WIll consider buying them since I'm in the market for a pair. Open Question: What can I do around the house for 4-8 hours?I'm 25 and live with my parents, they don't ask me to do much around the house but, since learning how to drive and not having my license yet I don't have much options since I'm not allowed to help on the crop farm. Anyway lately I've been getting sick and tired of just laying around, watching tv or being online. Yesterday I vacuumed the living and dining room and its furniture. Today I dusted the dining room furniture and kitchen table. Yesterday the vacumming took me an hour and 50 minutes, it'd be awesome to find something to do around the house that lasts at least 4 hours. maybe clean the house everyday. Suggestions? I keep asking my mom but she doesn't ask much of me. She's very lenient Can't you people read? I DONT HAVE A DRIVER'S LICENSE YET! I live 11 miles OUT OF TOWN! I guess thats what you will call it haha, its a long sleeved white collared shirt with a black sweater attached ..anyways the black ran into the white, and now the sleeves are blochy dark, i have soaked it in vinager...didnt work, its now in bleach., Im being VERY careful not to let the bleach touch the black sweater, but if this doesnt work, is there anything else? Open Question: How to clean cigarette stains off canvas-print wall hanging / canvas picture?I have a few canvas printed (not painted) pictures, which are largely a white background. However, on two of my tshirts, I have noticed blue stains which weren't on there when they went in on the washing machine, and happened to be exactly the same shade of blue as the gel. They will not come out, leaving the garments ruined. They are always washed at 40, which the gel says is fine on the back. Anybody else noticed this?? More Recent Articles
