Open Question: wool sweater problem?

I recently purchased a merino wool sweater from Fred Perry, and had it dry cleaned (in order to maintain its shape and colour). I didn't know that my local dry cleaners was being run by amateur idiots, and I got my sweater (which looked completely fine) back looking like this: http://www.freeimagehosting.net/uploads/6114c45efe.jpg I find this completely unacceptable, the whole sweater is like that. Does anyone know how I can get it back to its nice smooth look and feel again? Thanks!
