Open Question: mismatched sock donation?

ok, i have been looking everywhere around my house for mismatching socks! I have so many i just want to get rid of the socks but i was thinking why not get rid of them while helping those in need. I looked everywhere for places in new jersey that i could donate mismatching socks but i found no luck! is there anything you or someone you know might be able to help me?

Open Question: GE gas dryer won't tumble?

My GE gas dryer won't tumble. I took the front off to check the belt and it is okay, not broken. I turned the drum, and it worked for two loads. I tried to dry some sheets and a blanket, a heavier load, and it just stopped. It is making a horrendous noise, a banging noise as well as a noise, kind of like if there was a zipper in the dryer...any advice? Thanks in advance! Genny
