Open Question: How to remove blood stains from white clothing?I scratched my arm and blood got on my white shirt what products from home can i use to remove the stain? Open Question: How to get urine out of car (fabric seats) and make it sanitary again? My friend's child had an accident in the back seat of my car (fabric seats) and the urine completely soaked through the seat of the car. She cleaned it with a fabric cleaner and I think it got most of the surface clean but I am worried about the part that soaked through. I am mostly concerned because I am 7 months pregnant and I'm worried about my daughter being back there, dropping a toy or something on the seat and putting it in her mouth. How can I make sure the urine is completely gone and that the seats are sanitary? The car is only a few years old and I plan on having it for a while so I want to make sure the urine is gone for my daughter's sake but I also don't want to use any harsh cleaners that could hurt her (especially while I am pregnant). Open Question: How can I make my goose down comforter fluffy again? It is just completely flat after I wash and dry it. Would starching it help? Open Question: Cat peed on my mountain biking shoes?Hello. My cat decided the best place to urinate in the entire house would be on my $150 mountain biking shoes. The shoes smell so putrid I cannot breathe with them near me. I tried washing them in the washer using regular detergent, hot water cycle. Took them out and they still reeked like urine. The shoes are grey/black, I would use bleach to finally rid them of the smell I DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE COLOR, if the bleach ruined the color that would be fine. The reason I am not using bleach is because someone told me the bleach would deteriorate the fabric and basically destroy the shoe? I am not so sure about that one but I don't want to take chances. How do I get this cat pee scent out of my shoes!? More Recent Articles
