Open Question: How should I clean the inside of my microwave oven?

There has been gunk in there for a while. It needs a good scrubbing. When I say gunk, I mean ketchup, and any random sauce. I was thinking that some Lysol All-Purpose cleaner or maybe some 401 would get the stuff out, but I really don't want to use chemicals. I am afraid chemical residue will get into my food.

Open Question: Dryer not drying like it used too?

My wife an I recently bought a dryer, it's maybe a year in a half old. It's a GE an it used to be able to dry our clothes in one round on the timed dry, but now it takes two rounds to dry them. Does anyone know what the problem may be?
