Open Question: Is this ok to machine dry?

I recently had a baby, and I forgot to remove the nursing pads from a bra when I was in a hurry, so I just washed them and the pad broke open in the wash, and now there's pieces of the silicone-like filling, really small pieces but lots of them, all over my clothes. Is it ok to dry them, nothing bad will happen like a fire or damage my clothes? I also have some of my baby's clothes and one swaddling blanket in the load also. I have a standard dryer, not an energy efficient one, and it's at least 10 years old, if that makes a difference.
