I ask because I've had horrible service from mine in Los Angeles...they call themselves the leading provider but take up to 1 week at times to send someone and when they arrive for service on the washer or dryer they always say nothings wrong then the machine brakes down again after they leave. Their customer service reps aren't any different, I have to wait on hold forever and talk to everyone in the company until they transfer me to right person. What can I do to improve their service in my property? I spilled chicken noodle soup on the hood of my white North Face jacket. There are now yellow blotches on it. With the DWR coating on the jacket, I'm not sure what's the best way to go about removing the stain. Anyone who has a NF jacket and has dealt with this problem before would be really helpful. Anyone else who would know how to get stains out of nylon - please feel free to add.
