hi I just had my merino wool sweater dry-cleaned because I really want to maintain it well by shape and colour. I took it to my local dry cleaners and I got it back looking like this http://www.freeimagehosting.net/uploads/6114c45efe.jpg It was completely fine before, I just wanted a clean and a slight de-pilling. What the hell did they do and how do I make it look nice again? Thanks!

I live in a dumpy old apartment complex where someone recently pooped in a washing machine and several others have been filled with murky water for weeks. A few work and recently only the warm/perm press setting has worked on the washer. I always use cold water and perm press for drying. Naturally, since I have to pay to use these machines it costs too much to seperate everything and a laundrymat is too far away for such a little amount of clothes. I have only washed my clothes on warm/perm press twice now, but will be using the cold setting again from now on. Did using the warm/perm press setting do any real damage to my colors? Thanks.
