Some shirts (cotton usually) are worse than others especially if they're older ones. When worn and heated to the body, the smell tends to come back (no matter how clean the person is and how much deodorant/antiperspirant is applied. Is there some sort of "trick" ingredient I can add to the wash or soak these shirts in to get rid of the smell or stains? Usually I just vacuum them and hose them off before I put them away in the fall, but last year I never got around to it and they spent the winter in the garage ... and now they really need a good cleaning. I'm not sure what kind of cleaning product to use, or whether to use a sponge, a brush, or what.
