Open Question: Shrinking 65% cotton 30.5% nylon 4.5% spandex shirt and pants?

I am a VERY tiny person and I just bought scrubs that I love, but are a little big on my. I want to shrink them slightly so that they fit better. I know cotton will shrink but I am not sure of the other fabrics.

Open Question: how to remove baked-on oil on a baking cookie sheet?

help! i've already destroyed my wife's last two cookie sheets. this time, i baked fries on them, left the sheet in the oven, forgot about it there, then days later, i preheated the oven and didn't check to see what was inside. when i opened it, i found the cookie sheet with a layer of baked on oil. i tried to wash it off with dish soap. nope. used simple green and let it soak. nope. what remains is a layer of sticky oil that i can't get off. any ideas?
