Open Question: how should i clean my curtains?the package said they could be machine washed on delicate. i had to hang them with hooks. this was a complete pain (14 on each curtain, 4 panels). is there a way to clean them without removing the hooks? any great ideas would be helpful. thanks! *also i would really rather wash them instead of steaming. I quite fancy one but not sure how good they are - Thanks :) Open Question: How do you get a long, black scuff mark stain off the side of a mattress?The movers slid the mattress along the bottom of a moving van and now it has a two foot black scuff mark. The warranty people are coming to pick up the mattress for other reasons (sag/ defect) and I was told that they would void the warranty if there are stains. I don't even know if they are referring to stains other than biological or food/drink. Anyway, I don't want to take any chances. Anyone know of a product (S) that I can buy that will remove the stain? I ran a feather pillow through the washing machine.....?Our puppy threw up on a feather stuffed pillow last night so I just picked up everything and threw it in the washing machine including the pillow. The pillow is now a wet lump of feathers. My question is should I just throw the pillow away or will it come back to life after it drys.
