Open Question: How much did you save off your electric and water bill with a high energy efficient washing machine?Another question, about energy efficient front loader washing machines, please. Roughly, would you say that you (people who own a washer like this), saw an immediate cost reduction in your power bill and water bill, like maybe 15% or 20% a month? This particular model spins the clothes so that they are nearly totally dried once they are washed, so I will not have to use the clothes dryer so often. If that is true, I'm hoping for maybe a 15%-20% visible, noticeable reduction in my power bill for the dryer and less water for the washer may mean a similar drop in the usage and cost of my water bill. Are my assumptions and expectations reasonable? Thanks.
