If there are any parents answering, i have 0 clue about her want for it to be tidy... She also emphasises on the fact that im meant to be a lady , im only a girl lol

Open Question: I can't afford a new iron right now...but?

the other day when I was ironing my iron had some yucky browish stuff come out onto my shirt. I can't risk that happening again, and I need to iron my shirt for a date tonight. Can I use it on the dry setting? Do I need water in it for using the dry setting, or can I take the water out of it? If I use it on steam, should I just lower the water level? What can I do, I need to iron today?

Open Question: Will drying my good shirts in the dryer fade them if I do it only once?

I'm going out tonight and I need to wear one of my button up shirts, and they are all dark fabric cotton. I don't have time to let them air dry, so I want to throw them in the dryer right now, they just came out of the wash. But, I don't want them to fade and shrink. If I dry them on low will they be o.k.? I'm only going to do it this once.

Open Question: I mixed bleach and water solution with vinegar to try and remove mold. Am I safe?

I got a lot of water in my basement recently and we're dry now. But the basement started to smell like mold. I may have a little bit in the baseboards as the water level never got over the baseboard. I wanted to try and treat the mold so I sprayed the baseboards with 1/2 and 1/2 bleach and water solution. Then I read that white wine vinegar was more effective in killing mold than bleach so I sprayed the same baseboards with vinegar without wiping off the bleach/water solution. I'm reading horror stories on line about mixing bleach with water but the house doesn't smell too bad. So does anyone think I'm in danger and will the mold stop growing??

Open Question: How to clean pen off walls?

Basically, my little brother decided to draw all over the walls in his room using a permanent pen, before leaving home and going to live with our grandparents. I want to clean the pen off the walls for my parents. The walls are just normal wallpaper, covered with normal matt blue paint. Does anyone have a way to get the pen off the walls? Thanks!
