Open Question: How to not fear vacuum cleaner? and more... Open Question: How to not fear vacuum cleaner?OKAY THIS will sound very strange but here me out. The noise the vacuum cleaner makes when it is on (fine when it is off) is very loud and scares me very very very very badly. The cat also is very scared and so am I and we both are. What can I do to not get startled when it is on? Sometimes it startles me every time, even when I turn it on four or five times in a row SERIOUSLY PLEASE HELP ME NOT TO get SCARED BECAUSE THE HOUSE IS DUSTY AND I'M PRETTY UPSET OVER THIS Open Question: how can I get the "greasy hair" smell off a leather recliner?A sweet old man gave me a leather recliner he'd used for years. It's in great shape but no matter what kind of leather cleaner I use, I cannot get the "dirty hair" smell off the spot the back of his head touched. Any suggestions for getting rid of the odor without damaging the leather? Open Question: What does "venting sold separately" mean when you're shopping for a clothes dryer?Open Question: Why do my washcloths always lose their color and look like I have put bleach on them?Every time I buy new washcloths they end up losing their color within just 1 or 2 uses. I don't use any bleach when I wash them, I don't put any chemicals on them that should cause bleaching out of color, and I have no idea what's going on! I really only use them to dry my hands after washing them (with Dial or Softsoap orange anti-bacterial liquid soap) and after brushing my teeth. I've thought maybe the toothpaste could be the culprit, if it has bleach or baking soda in it, but I don't really get my toothpaste on the washcloth, since I rinse off my mouth and toothbrush before using the cloth. Any ideas??? haha I'm baffled. Heeelp! More Recent Articles
