Open Question: How to get a stain off my sink!?I was stupid and put nail polish remover in a red plastic cup and put it on my white sink counter top. The next morning there was a bright red stain where the cup had been sitting. They are absolutely disgusting and they have also ate some of my clothes. We are getting and exterminator but I can not afford to have any of the larvae in my clothes especially that I found some in my drawer under my clothes. Well unfortunately I cannot Throw all my expensive clothes out don't have enough money for a new wardrobe so I decided to wash all of our clothes. What would be the best way to wash them? I know they say bleach and hot water but I cant do that on colored clothes and I also heard that dry cleaning would be the best but that would cost way too much cause we have so many clothes. Any other suggestions? Open Question: What is the black light showing in my kitchen?I got a black light to see where my cats had sprayed, and it's worked wonderfully. However, I used it in my kitchen tonight and there is "stuff" EVERYWHERE showing up! At first I freaked out, thinking that my cats had sprayed there (GROSS) but it's not cat urine, I don't think. It doesn't come off when sprayed like the urine crystals do, plus it's in really random spots. What the heck could it be? Open Question: how do you get the burnt, black residue off the outside of a pan?I have a matching non-stick pan set and I've kept in pretty good condition so far but I cant get the residue off the bottom of the outside of my pan.
