Open Question: How do I figure out what type of washer/ dryer I can install?I'm moving into a new apartment that doesn't have a washer/dryer but has hookups. The agent explained that it's a "220" (volt?) that would work for an electric dryer but didn't say anything about the washer. Are there different hookups for stacked vs. side-by-side machines? Is there an easy way I can figure out what type of machines to look for? All I learned is about the 220 whatever-it-is and that an electric dryer would fit (which I guess costs less to run than gas anyway.) Any help would be great!
