Open Question: Help me get the burn 'stain' out of my jacket?

I left my straightener on without realizing it, & put my jacket on top of it. I was planning on wearing that jacket, & when I picked it up it had been burned. The hood has fur on it, & that's the only burned part.. but it looks pretty bad, & that was my favorite jacket. Should I bleach it, or what? I can't use a washing machine, so.. yeah. & I already tried cutting off the burnt part.. bad results

Open Question: How should I clean my room?

My room is really messy. Really really messy. And I want to clean it. I feel so depressed in it, but when it is clean I feel happy. My mess mainly consists of dirty & clean clothes and garbage. I usually wash the clothes and then it ends up on my floor again. I also have a short attention span :). How can I clean my room, fast and easily without getting bored? Do you have any strategies? Any organizing tips? Thanks! P.S. I will be getting rid of some of my clothes!
