Open Question: How can I get rid the fish smell in a microwave?I cooked kippers in the microwave this am, and it smells really bad! Does anyone know any ways I can get rid of the smell? I have cleaned the microwave out. I remember my grandmother saying something about bicarbonate of soda ? All comments and suggestions appreciated Rhianna Open Question: How do I clean dirty oily mud stains off cotton please?I took my rubber hip waders to the mudflats at the weekend and spent the morning squelching around in really deep mud. It all ended in a big mess when I waded into some sinking mud, sank right to the tops of my waders and in the struggle to get out managed to flood them. One boot almost filled up, whilst the other has a great slick of mud running the full length of the inside. They have a coton lining and soap and water will not touch. It is oily and really smelly. It is all over my white socks as well. Any ideas how to get out please? More Recent Articles
