Open Question: Can you recommend a good steam-cleaner for pans, hobs, and ovens?Nowadays the brown gooey deposits on pans, hobs, and ovens seem more resinous than they used to be. - They are impervious to scrubbing and so-called "oven cleaners"... The caustic paint-on cleaners are not only lethal, but also can't be used on aluminium. I thought a high-pressure steam-cleaner might do the trick? but there are so many, and all different prices.
