Open Question: Where can I find daily schedule recommendations for housekeepers?

I will be acting as a full-time housekeeper/dog sitter soon and would like to know if there are websites that have a day by day schedule for housekeepers. I'm looking for something that lists a daily recommendation of rooms to clean and tasks for each room.

Open Question: How can you get rid of urine smell in a mattress?

My daughter had an "accident" last night. I soaked as much out of the mattress as I could with towels right away, but the urine smell is still very strong! It's a fairly new pillow-top mattress, so I really don't want to have to replace it, and she's 4 so it wasn't a small puddle.

Open Question: What is that black stuff that shows up on bar soap?

You know what I mean? The black ridges that appear on a bar of soap over a period of time. Does it have something to do with the environment of the house or what?

Open Question: How do you know how much laundry to put in the washing machine?

I know this is going to sound really stupid. I haven't really ever done laundry before. I put some clothes in the washing machine and it said "do not overload." I don't think that I overloaded. It was about as high as the pole thingy that is inside the washing machine. Is that okay? What would happen if it was too full? I live in an apartment building so I don't want to embarrass myself by like breaking the washing machine or something. Do you think it is fine? Also, how long does it take? I did the heavy cycle. I hope that I did everything right. I don't know the rules about whites and colors either. I have some black shirts and khaki pants in there and some white towels but i don't care if the towels get messed up. Is it going to be okay? thanks.
