Open Question: Where can I buy protective plastic sheets for mattresses?

I need a FULL size plastic sheet for an adult size bed (not a crib). I've looked at my local stores like WalMart but can't find them anywhere. I'm not looking for a link to a site where I can order them. I need to go pick one up today to have it for immediate use. Thank you Kitty, although I appreciate the answer this product is only available online and I need to have the product in hand today.

Open Question: How to get orange nail varnish out of a cream fabric sofa?

I just had a HUGE accident. I was sorting out my box of nail varnish in my conservatory when I put one on the footstool, not realising the lid wasn't on properly. It slipped off the stool and hit the floor, spilling bright orange EVERYWHERE, including the front of the sofa (the vertical drop after the actual seat, where your calf muscles rest), the natural marble floor tiles and the side of the foot stool. All of this happened just as my dad came home from work, and saw orange varnish on my foot. He asked if I spilt it anywhere else but I said no, until he saw the rather large orange splodges on the floor. He went absolutely mad at me for getting it on the tiles, and he still doesn't know about the sofa (I managed to cover it up with a throw for now and turn the footstool round so he wouldn't see). I got the nail varnish off the floor using just cheap Tesco nail varnish remover and a LOT of scrubbing with paper towels, but since he hasn't seen the sofa, I can't start cleaning the chair or stool yet until he goes on another appointment for work in just over an hour. I rang my mum and told her, she will be home when my dad leaves to help me clean it off and promises not to tell dad due to a similar mishap by her when she was my age with black maple syrup (35 years later her parents still don't have a clue it ever happened!) so I'm hoping she won't be too disappointed with me due to the fact that I wasn't even painting my nails this time, I was just making the box neat! I've been reading around on every website possible, and have found a lot of solutions, yet I'm still not sure if they will work on dried nail varnish on a cream fabric sofa/footstool. I can't take the fabric off the sofa so taking it to a dry cleaner is not an option, unfortunately. I've read in a few places that the following works: - Window Cleaner - Oxy Clean - Goof Off - Pure Acetone - White Spirit - Hydrogen Peroxide - Bicarbonate of Soda - White Vinegar - Goo BeGone And other such products. Does anyone have any tips on which of these would work on the fabric of the sofa? And if I can purchase them in the UK? I think the sofa fabric is cotton, and the nail varnish remover with acetone I tried to use briefly while my dad was getting changed didn't ruin the fabric of the sofa (it lightened part of the stain but I didn't have time to try any more). Please help me, my dad is an ex-army lance corporal and he goes mad at me for getting things such as lemonade on the floor or furniture, let alone nail varnish (which he hates anyway). I'm 16, and he clearly stated that if there was any trace of nail varnish left anywhere that I would be grounded for 6 months. Thank you for any help in advance, I'm really desperate to have some suggestions for when my mum gets back to help me get it off!
