I called a service repair man to come out and he was so rude, didn't do a damn thing and then told me to just put jet - dry in it... but there IS jet dry in it, that is what i think the problem is, i think the rinse aid is drying on my dishes and its super gross. What can i do as an alternative, i looked online and some people say to put vinegar in the rinse aid dispenser instead, but is this safe?? I don't wanna void my warrenty. Please help , I payed good money for a dishwasher and it seems i have to wash it all by hand anyways. has anyone else had this issue? - oh and i used to use Finish detergent gel, but resently switched to an eco-friendly brand (still gel form) cause i thought it might have been the soap but I still have this problem.
