Open Question: Spilt Milkshake on carpet (coloured milkshake), help?Hi guys, i'm in a bit of a panic here (if my Dad sees that I have spilt it on the carpet, in out 3 year old home, he'll go bonckers...) Long story short, I spilt it on the carpet last week and luckily he hasn't seen it, but i've tried everything to get it off. I need it off by atleast the end of this week. My Dad bought this Pet stain vacuum thingy, which comes with this liquid and powder to put on the carpet..but i'm a bit skeptical on using it. It doesn't smell, you can barely smell it, if that helps... PS. I'm really sorry if you cannot understand what I am saying as I am in a rush to get this sorted. Thanks everyone who answers... Deathly afraid of tiny little bugs on my walls?I recently moved into a new room, and it's relatively clean. But last night I discovered maybe 30-40 little teeny tiny bugs crawling on my walls and nearly died because I got so grossed out! I crushed them all (as many as I could find, anyways) and sprayed the whole room with disinfectant, but WHAT ARE THEY and WHY are they there? They're teensy (maybe like 0.1 to 0.5 cm), have a small head and a plump, round body, dark reddish-brown in color, a little furry as far as I can see. In addition, I have these OTHER bugs that are nearly clear in color, even smaller, and look like the itsy bitsy bugs that form on really old and dusty paper or moldy books. Please please help me! I have an insane phobia of bugs, and I couldn't sleep a wink last night because I thought they might get on my bed (which they probably have dear God no!) What should I do? Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Open Question: How do people keep their houses smelling new and clean?I live in an apartment that smells like dogs every now and then. I don't have any but I think that the people who lived here before me did. The smell isn't always here and I can't seam to figureout when or what causes the oders to come. But something as simple as spraying a sprits of air freshener or ferbreeze makes it go away until the next time. The next time can be a day or weeks later.
