Open Question: I HATE flies! How can I get rid of the flies in my bathroom?

I haven't used my bathroom (well, I do use the mirror and sink) for a year. Because of the HORRIBLE maggot infestation that happened in my bathroom last year, I've been using my guest restroom.For a while, I thought I'd gotten rid of all the maggots and flies in my bathroom. I sprayed my bathroom several times, but they kept coming back. I haven't seen any maggots, but I keep seeing flies! Why won't they go away? How do I kill ALL of them? I feel really bad about killing them, but I need them gone! Is there some kind of fly bomb I can use? Please help me save my bathroom. D= Also my bathroom stinks, is this because of the flys?

my friends and i wrote with sharpies on a pair of jeans can i wash them without the sharpie running or coming out? I want the sharpie to stay on the jeans. If i do wash them what setting would be best?
