Open Question: Why can't I use my foaming body wash as a bubble bath?

Ok, I'm not really itching too or anything, but I noticed a weird warning on my foaming body wash. It says, "Caution: Do not use as a bubble bath." I don't understand the danger? I don't think it's the composition as it's an all natural product. I'm thinking it's something to do with the foaming.

Open Question: What is the best way to get the rust out of a bathtub?

We live in the country, and we have well water. Suffice it to say, our water has a bit of rust and calcium in it, and over time, it has built up and turned a large amount around the drain to the color of rust. I have gotten on my knees and scrubbed until I couldn't use my arm, and still couldn't get the stuff off, even with soft scrub. I would try bleach, but my daughter is highly allergic to it. CLR in my experience doesn't work worth two cents either. Any suggestions that won't kill my budget or trigger my daughter's allergy?
