Open Question: Removing glow stick stains from walls?

It's everywhere. It looks like someone pissed on the ceiling, and after hours of cleaning the walls it just looks like dried up blood, and I don't want my mom coming home thinking our house is now a murder scene. I tried scrubbing and bleaching but after a certain point it just didn't seem to work... I don't have that much time to fix the problem and I'm running out of solutions... any suggestions? ALSO: I've gotten glow stick fluid everywhere before but it didn't stain, so I didn't think it would do it this time. Does anybody know what type of glow sticks stain and don't stain so I know for next time? I thought about painting over it as a last resort... would it be too gutsy and/or stupid to attempt that with nail polish?
