Open Question: How to Shrink a Non-100% Cotton Shirt?I have a few collared shirts that are way too long. I always used wear them tucked in, because it was school dress code. But now the dress code has changed where we can wear them untucked. Anyway, I was wondering if there is anyway I can shrink them. They are 60% Cotton, and 40% Polyester. Thanks Open Question: Is there something wrong with using the rinse and spin cycle?Sometimes when I'm in a hurry in the morning, I need to wash my clothes because I don't have any to wear to school. Instead of using the full cycle (wash, rinse, spin, etc.) which takes forty-five minutes with detergent and fabric softener filled to the max, I press a button that says rinse and spin under the custom cycles. It only takes twenty minutes, and I fill the detergent and fabric softener halfway to the max because I think that will make the spinning part go by faster. Also, my clothes are rarely stained so I don't think it's necessary to use the washing part. My parents think that the rinse and spin cycle doesn't wash my clothes completely, and they tell me that it wastes energy, water, and detergent because it just goes down the drain when it's rinsing. Is that true? Is the rinse and spin cycle that bad? D: Open Question: Getting urine smells out of duct vents?Sadly my five year old urinated down a duct vent/heat register in his room. I don't know how to get rid of the smell. It's awful. Any suggestions?
