Open Question: will a shirt that is 92% tactel nylon and 8% lycra shrink in the dryer?

I just washed this new work out shirt, and I am afraid if I dry it it will shrink and become too short, please let me know if you have any knowledge of these materials! :) thank you

Open Question: How do I remove the stale water smell from a fountain?

I have a fountain that uses a continuous water flow rather then coming from a water line. Over time, the water has become stale and sometimes gives off a pretty bad odor. There is a tray that water can collect on which I think is where the smell comes from mainly. Is there any kind of home made solution (maybe using bleach or baking soda) that I could mix in that would help reduce the smell??
