Open Question: Fleas or bed bugs please help?

I have been renting my home out and now after moving back in I'm being bit all over. I'm not sure whether I'm being bit day or night but I do know I'm getting bites from the bedroom and the living room. The previous occupier did have 2 cats so I did think it was fleas at first but after spraying the house that have come back with vengeance my heating is constantly on and I'm cleaning and vacuuming all the time but still the little critters wont leave!!! Mainly the bites are on the bottom of my legs and there very itchy but I do have a few on my back too and they are quite large in size and bring red you can sometimes see where the insect has actually pierces the skin :-(!!! Has anyone got any idea what they could be as I want to get the right treatment to get rid of the little sods? Any help or advice you have would be much appreciated. Thanks so much Opps forgot to mention I dont have any pet's of my own.

Open Question: I need help in cleaning my new wood laminate floors?

My Husband and I just laid a new wood laminate floor over the Holidays in our entire first floor of our home. We did it ourselves and it looks amazing. We bought the 7mm type, so it is not the most expensive of floors, but now I do not know how to clean it. I bought it at a wholesaler place and the boxes didnt have the manufacturers name on them, so I do not know what kind it is. But now I need to know how to clean it without ruining it. I am researching it online and some people say a steam mop and others just say a mop. I have also read that you should never ever use either of them. Please help, I need to clean them soon. I have 2 dogs and a puppy in my home along with 2 young kids and they need cleaned. Does anyone own these type of floors and how do you do it without warping or ruining the floor????
