Open Question: Washing machine will fill with water but It does nothing else afterwards.?We just moved into a new home, hooked up our washing machine, it filled with water but wont do anything else. So we had another washer here, put it in its place and the same thing happened with both washers. Mind you It has been below 20 degrees and as low as 2 degrees at night here for the past few days, Laundry room is in an unheated garage with only a light by the water lines, Our water line did break b4 we put the washing machine in place. We fixed the line and then hooked up the washer. What could be causing this. I have trouble believing it is the washers, as it happened to both machines and both machines worked prior. Again it will fill with water, which tells me that the water line is working just fine. If you could give me some insight I would greatly appreciate it. Could the washers be frozen somewhere inside, should we give it a day or two to see if it thaws, the temps will be in the 40's and 50's this next week.
