Open Question: Is our Stainless Steel sink ruined by the fecking plumber using Sulphuric Acid as a sink unblocker?

One nice, shiny stainless steel sink, now marred and stained by sulphuric acid. Is there any way to salvage the old shine and restore the lustre to our sink? Beyond stripping it out and buying a new one or some method that involves power tools and ironmongery..? Where the acid solution has sat and steeped, it has dulled the steel and left an unattractive splatter pattern, reminiscent of a hard night's drinking and a dodgy vindaloo. Cheers, Pete & Claire

Open Question: How to get a fruit punch stain out of grey vehicle carpet?

I have used my regular vehicle rug/carpet cleaner and isn't really touching it. I also tried a bit of laundry stain remover but that just made suds. I would appreciate any ideas. Thanks Its not a fresh stain.

Open Question: How do you clean grease off a stainless steel teapot?

It seems to have old yellow grease splatters on it form being on the stove-top while I was cooking other things. I've tried cleaning it with dish detergent (Dawn Hand-Renewal) but it did not work.
