Open Question: I have a bunch of old buttons that I washed but still stink?I bought this HUGE bag of buttons and I soaked them and washed them but they still smell old. Will the smell go away once they air out for a while or is there something I can do to take the smell out? My boyfriend gets irritated about it. I hate how messy it gets. I want to wake up to a clean kitchen to make eggs and toast. He gets up at like 2pm and gets annoyed that I'm doing something productive with my time. As to him, he doesn't work or look for work. I'm ready to leave him for good.
