Open Question: How to clean a paper manual?

I bought an NES game from eBay the other day, the manual is not ripped or teared or anything, its "clean." But also it is not "clean" because the manual is kinda dirty, like there are some boogers stick to the manual o.0 its just disgusting, I just wanted to know how do I clean a manual, well, clean papers to be general. Thanks guys.

Open Question: My load-sensing Energy Star top-load washer wont fill with water?

I washed a load of laundry and when it was done I took it out, put it in the dryer and put another load into the washer. I made my selections, pulled the knob and the washer would not fill with water. My husband and I went through the troubleshooting manual and none of the suggestions worked. We filled the machine with water using a bucket, and the machine agitated and spun out the water, but would not fill up again to rinse.
