Open Question: How do I get the white part of my black and white shirt white again?I have a shirt that looks like a long sleeve shirt with a vest sown onto it and the bottom and the collar and sleeves have blue blotches on them I guess when my roommate washed it with her jeans. Like I said it's a BLACK and white shirt just bleach wont help.
