Open Question: How do I get rid of this smell in my bathroom?

I have two bathrooms in my home. The front one is not too bad. But the bathroom in the master bedroom has no windows in it. So when we take showers in the morning, I leave the door open all day while we are at work. And still, when I get home it smells sort of musty or moldly. I cant open the bedroom window now because its too cold outside. I have also tried bleach around the baseboards.
