Open Question: How do I make dress shirt collars not droopy?

I have a few dress shirts and when I wear them all buttoned up they look fine. However when I'm at a slightly more casual affair when I am not wearing a tie and have the top button unbuttoned, the collars start to droop and practically go flat against my shoulders. Is there any way to make them stand up such that they are as high as they are when it is buttoned

Open Question: Embarassed because of my mess?

My neighbour happened to knock my door and I asked her to come in.. Only after inviting her I realised that my house was a mess, my undies were lying all over the place, my laundry basket was overflowing and on the dining table, my kitchen was littered.. She got her pet along and he kept running around like crazy. I am generally really clean, but today I wanted to do the cleaning a little later. Now I am extremely embarassed. I dont think I can see her again.. shucks!! what do I do :(
