Open Question: Dryer warm but not hot?

My dryer Whirlpool ler6620pq0 is getting warm but not hot, it's taking longer and longer to dry.Took it apart and cleaned the inside, check all the vent pipe to the roof and made sure it was clear. The dryer is warm but not hot. Had someone check the element with volt meter, he thought the element was good?
